An abstract interpretation from Psalm 91:

‘He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart". This verse uses the imagery of a bird sheltering its young to illustrate God's tender care and protection for those who trust in Him. It emphasises that His faithfulness provides security, acting as a shield against harm and a place of refuge.
